The Kaioshin
Kaioshin, or Kai's as they are called, are a race of beings who are infact born in Otherworld. Though it is a dimension where the dead live on, where both Heaven and Hell exist, there are still worlds to explore and places to be. The Kaioshin exist here and are born, mainly as Holy beings whose job and position is to oversee the universe and keep order throughout. For many generations there were always Five Supreme Kais, four Grand Kais and Four King Kais. However only the Supreme Kais themselves belong to the Kaioshin race. The others are selected from the Living World and charged with overseeing entire areas of space.
