Kami's Lookout
Kami's Lookout is a mystical place belonging to the Guardian of Earth and resides in the upper atmosphere directly overhead Kurin's Tower. Because of the height at which it's situated, the air is rather thin and makes it difficult for people to run around there without tiring themselves from lack of oxygen. It takes some getting used to for most people and those who do not require air to breathe should have no difficulty at all. Few know this place exists and only those pure of heart have ever been allowed to stay here. Only on rare occasions are others permitted up.
For now, we will leave the history of the Lookout in peace, as it has existed for many thousands of years and many Guardians have called it home. Here you will be given other notable details about the Lookout, such as its functions and rooms that can help people with their training and pursuit of knowledge. All will be explained below, as well as the current guardianship and residents of the Lookout.

Background: Dende was born on Namek over two centuries ago before Freeza destroyed it. After moving to New Namek with his people, Dende was asked to come to Earth and become the new Guardian after Kami fused with Piccolo. Though not a fighter, Dende agreed and helped restore the Dragon Balls, increasing their power and allowing two wishes to be granted. So long as Dende lives, the Dragon Balls will exist. Since becoming the Guardian at the time of the Cell Games, Dende has become wiser and stronger, though still resigns himself to a more supporting role as a healer for Earth's Warriors and a guide to help them improve to face the challenges ahead. It's also good that he has help in that regard as well.

Background: Piccolo's history is rather extensive. He has been involved in many major battles across history and is one of the most powerful warriors the Earth has ever known. Since the events of the Cell Games and Buu's arrival, Piccolo has 'adopted' Dende and helped him into his position as Guardian of Earth. Though not on the front lines as much anymore after all this time, he remains a powerful figure to keep the peace and occasionally will help in training new heroes of Earth. However he doesn't show himself that much, tending to spend most of his time in Otherworld and generally leaves the duties of the Guardian to Dende, who is more than fulfilling his role.
Pendulum Room
The Pendulum Room is a special room where time and space comes together. It allows those who venture into the room to experience first hand special events and battles of the past. Regardless of a persons actions here, however, time does not change. Because of the mystical force of this room, it does not affect the actual flow of time. Instead it records and replays those events and allows the users to experience them fully without the threat of true death or changing history. One could perceive it as an illusion, but it is much more than that, as the pain and exhaustion one feels is real. None will sustain any real physical injury though, so no matter what happens, none of the users will harmed physically, though it will take a lot of rest to recover ones strength after enduring a trail within the Pendulum Room.
